1. Information collected
MAIM may receive your name, email address, order and payment identifiers, purchase status and amount, booking details, support messages, and materials you choose to provide for the Service. Stripe processes payment-card information; MAIM does not receive or store complete card numbers.
2. How information is used
Information may be used to operate checkout, validate payment, prevent duplicate fulfillment, maintain transaction records, deliver and support the Blueprint, provide scheduling instructions, respond to requests, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.
3. Service providers
MAIM currently proposes to use Vercel for website hosting, Stripe for payment and fraud controls, Airtable for order and contact records, Resend for transactional email, and Google Calendar and Google Meet for scheduling and sessions. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
4. Cookies and technical information
The site may process request, device, browser, security, and aggregate usage information needed to operate and understand the service, including through Vercel-hosted infrastructure and analytics. Any optional advertising or non-essential tracking requires separate review and disclosure before use.
5. Sharing
MAIM does not propose selling personal information. Information may be shared with the service providers above, professional advisers, or authorities when reasonably necessary to deliver the Service, protect rights and security, or comply with law.
6. Retention and security
MAIM proposes retaining transaction records for legal, accounting, dispute, and fraud-prevention needs and retaining other personal information only while reasonably needed for delivery and support. No system is completely secure; access should be limited and credentials must not be sent through support email.
7. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or object to certain processing, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping obligations. Transactional messages necessary for a purchase are distinct from optional marketing.
8. International processing
The listed providers may process information in countries other than your own. The approved notice must identify the applicable controller jurisdiction and any required transfer safeguards.
9. Changes and versioning
The version linked to an order should be retained with that order. A later notice must receive a new version and URL rather than silently replacing the historical document.
10. Contact
Privacy or support questions may be sent to contact@majoraimindset.com. Do not email passwords, card numbers, or sensitive credentials.
