1. What you receive
The Service includes one 30–45 minute personal review session, one one-page system map, three prioritised recommendations, and one initial client-flow blueprint.
Implementation, software development, ongoing coaching, additional revisions, third-party subscriptions, advertising spend, and archive or vault work are excluded unless separately agreed in writing.
2. Price and payment
The proposed price is USD $250, charged once through Stripe. Payment must be confirmed before scheduling instructions and delivery begin. Applicable taxes are handled as shown at checkout. MAIM does not store complete card details.
3. Scheduling and participation
After confirmed payment, MAIM sends scheduling instructions to the checkout email. You are responsible for accurate contact details, requested preparation, and attendance.
Proposed rule: reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge. Missed sessions or later changes may require a new booking, except for emergencies at MAIM’s discretion. This rule is not approved yet.
4. Delivery
The review session is remote unless agreed otherwise. The system map, priorities, and client-flow blueprint are delivered electronically.
Proposed target: within five business days after the completed review session and receipt of all required inputs. This target is not approved yet.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Proposed policy: refund requests before scheduling may be sent to contact@majoraimindset.com. After substantive preparation begins, MAIM may deduct the reasonable value of work performed where lawful. After the review session is delivered, the Service is generally non-refundable except where required by law. Approved full refunds revoke any undelivered entitlement; partial refunds are reviewed individually.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. This policy requires owner and legal approval.
6. Client inputs and acceptable use
You confirm that materials you provide are yours or that you have permission to use them. Do not provide passwords, card details, unlawful material, or information you are not authorised to share. You remain responsible for decisions made from the Blueprint.
7. Intellectual property
You retain your pre-existing materials and confidential business information. MAIM retains its pre-existing frameworks, methods, templates, and reusable know-how. After full payment, you may use the delivered Blueprint internally for your business. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, or present MAIM’s underlying templates as your own without written permission.
MAIM may reuse general skills, patterns, and non-identifying learnings, but will not intentionally publish client-confidential information or a client-specific deliverable without permission.
8. Confidentiality and privacy
Each party should protect non-public information received for the Service and use it only for delivery, support, and lawful administration. Stripe may process payment; Airtable may process order and contact records; Resend may send transactional email. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply.
Approval candidate privacy notice: maim-privacy-2026-10-16.1. It is not approved yet.
9. No guaranteed outcome
The Blueprint is an educational and strategic service. Results depend on your circumstances, inputs, decisions, and implementation. MAIM does not guarantee revenue, funding, customers, performance, legal compliance, or any particular business outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAIM’s aggregate liability connected with the Service is limited to the amount paid for it. This does not apply where it cannot legally apply.
10. Changes, governing law, and contact
The version accepted at checkout governs that purchase. Material changes apply only to later purchases unless both parties agree otherwise.
Governing law, venue, legal entity, business address, and mandatory consumer disclosures remain open.
Questions, scheduling changes, or support requests: contact@majoraimindset.com. Do not email card numbers or account credentials.
